Subject: U.S. Legal & Moral Obligation Toward Iraq and the Double-Victimized Christians

Dear Mr. President Donald J. Trump,

My name is Dr. Amer Hanna, the president of the 1974-established non-profit organization, Chaldean Educational Center of America. I am writing to you today as a concerned former US Army-U.S. Embassy Liaison, Baghdad-Green Zone, and out of love and respect for our beautiful USA, the Chaldeans’ new home of hope, and out of my solid support to you and your fabulous administration (a triple Trumper voter), to share with you my view and take on the following vital topics.

As you are quite aware of the three catastrophic mistakes committed by the American policy, which you yourself have criticized for years. These inhumane acts could have been easily resolved with wisdom and the right decision if you had been the president at the time. Two of these catastrophic misconducts were committed by Bush Sr. and Bush Jr., while the third was committed by Obama, who intentionally handed Iraq over to Iran’s Islamic regime on a silver platter. During Obama weak and woke administration, Hillary Clinton, the worst political figure in America’s history collaborated with the mother of the terrorism organization, the “Muslim Brotherhood”, to engineer the so-called Arab Spring—an irresponsible policy that produced ISIS, slaughtered our ambassador Christopher Stevens on September 11, 2012, in Benghazi, Libya, along with several American heroes, and reshaped the map of Western Europe through collusion with the “Muslim Brotherhood”, who are attempting to transfer their evil practice of occupying Western countries from within to the United States (see what is happening in Dearborn, Minnesota, and Texas).

These catastrophic misconducts also reflected negatively on the innocent Christians and other non-Muslim components in Iraq and the Arabic-speaking countries, leading to their near eradication from their ancestral homelands. For example, the Chaldeans of Iraq, from whom our father Abraham, the patriarch of the Hebrew nation, descended, were born in Ur of the Chaldeans, Babylonia (modern-day Iraq). Your administration includes a shining Chaldean American star, Mrs. Alina Habba.

Before the Islamic conquests, the indigenous Chaldean population of Iraq exceeded nine million people, making up 95% of the population. But today, after centuries of Islamic persecution—and especially after Iraq was handed to the Iranian Islamic regime through Obama’s incompetent administration—the number of double-victimized Chaldean Christians, the indigenous Iraqis, has decreased to fewer than 400,000, with a percentage of less than 0.01%. This dramatic decline is also the status of all Christians in the Middle East countries except Israel, where the Christian population is growing.

As a scholar, I can explain the historical reality of the Middle East and Iraq. I can also affirm that Iraq’s security is tied to Israel’s security, and there will never be a secure Middle East unless Israel’s security is guaranteed.

However, if the United States wishes to correct the previous administrations’ misconducts committed against Iraq by the Bush’s Sr. and Jr. and Obama regimes—and if your inimitable administration feels that the US has a moral and legal obligation to right the wrongdoing of the previous administrations—then, in my personal opinion as a SME, the most suitable charismatic Iraqi-American figure to help achieve this noble goal is Mr. Sam Yono, whom for more than three decades, has been empowering the Chaldean American Federation and rebuilding bridges between the U.S. and the Middle East in general and Iraq in particular.

Mr. Sam Yono’s deep and rich knowledge of the Iraqi situation, his international relationships, and his respected figure by decision-makers in Iraq (in both the central government and the Kurdistan Region)—combined with his identity as a Native Iraqi-American dedicated to building trust and cooperation between the two nations—makes him the most important American asset that the U.S. could use to correct our disastrous policies in Iraq, and win again the hearts and minds of Iraqis.

It is also worth noting that Mr. Sam Yono is one of the most essential Chaldean leaders in Michigan who worked diligently to support your election campaign in Michigan. Attorney Alina Habba, your former attorney and the Special Attorney to the U.S. Attorney General, and Dr. Massad Boulos, who both hold him in high regard, are well aware of this fact.

What increases the importance of this charismatic figure even further is that Mr. Sam Yono—like you—is a successful businessman with heart.

At the Chaldean Educational Center of America’s recent meeting, it was agreed to recommend Mr. Sam Youno to serve as a vital additional asset to your Special Envoy to Iraq. This would significantly strengthen the U.S. Special Envoy’s efforts to an unprecedented level of success. We hope that you will consider our proposal after receiving Mr. Yono at the White House.

Once again, thank you, Mr. President, for your time and consideration of the abovementioned matters. I also hope that you will revisit your choice concerning your personal Envoy to Iraq by assigning Mr. Sam Yono to work thoroughly and hand in hand with Mr. Mark Savaya, to strengthen the mission and make it as successful as possible. Mr. President, as a hardcore MAGA, I can vow that Mr. Yono from my over thirty years of firsthand experience is second to none when it comes to Iraq’s geopolitical matters and advancing the US interests, especially in the fields of Economy, Immigration, and Ethno-religious & political Affairs.

Sincerely,
